Investigating -
We are currently experiencing a service outage on our cPanel server carbon.fusioned.net due to a catastrophic hardware failure.
Our team has already provisioned new hardware and initiated a full restore from the latest available Acronis backups. The restoration process is in progress and proceeding as expected.
We expect the server to be fully operational again within the next 8 hours.
