Resolved -
Following an extended monitoring period and validation of network stability, we re-enabled the affected upstream connection at 06:40 UTC.
All services are operating normally, and traffic is flowing as expected across all network paths. No customer-facing connectivity issues were observed during this incident due to the availability of alternative upstream routes.
We consider this incident resolved and will continue to monitor the situation as part of our normal network operations.

Update -
At 08:41 UTC, we received confirmation from the affected network provider that the reported outage has been resolved.
However, based on the information available to us, it is currently unclear whether full path redundancy has been restored or if only a portion of the affected infrastructure has been repaired. As a precaution, we have elected not to re-enable the affected upstream connection at this time.
Customer traffic continues to flow normally via alternative upstream paths without any connectivity issues.
We will continue monitoring the situation and validating network stability before restoring the affected path to service. Further updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.

Update -
During the night, connectivity on the affected upstream path appeared to recover, with our monitoring showing restoration at approximately 01:35 UTC. We subsequently re-enabled the affected uplink at 06:53 UTC.
At 07:45 UTC, a new fiber-related incident occurred, causing the affected upstream path to become unavailable again.
At this time, traffic continues to flow normally via alternative upstream paths without any customer-facing connectivity issues.

Update -
Our upstream provider has confirmed that the incident is related to two separate fiber cuts affecting regional connectivity infrastructure.
Current information indicates:
- A fiber cut between Kosjerić and Lajkovac, reportedly caused by ongoing construction works.
- A fiber cut between Almiros and Larisa, believed to be the result of deliberate damage.
- Additional damage may exist on the Almiros–Larisa route, and field engineers have been dispatched to investigate and verify the full extent of the issue.
- No estimated time to resolution (ETR) is currently available.
Traffic continues to flow normally via alternative upstream paths without any connectivity issues. We continue to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as additional information becomes available.

Identified -
We have identified an upstream network outage affecting connectivity services in the Athens region, with related impact observed in neighboring Southeast European locations.
Thanks to our multi-homed network design and the availability of multiple independent upstream providers, customer traffic automatically rerouted through alternate paths. At this time, we have not observed any loss of network connectivity or service interruption for Fusioned customers.
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and remain in contact with all relevant parties. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
